Fall Cleanups, Leaf Removal & Seasonal Yard Cleanups on the South Shore
Every fall, the oaks and maples across Norwell, Hingham and the coast drop more leaves than most people can rake in a month of weekends. Presidential Park Landscape clears them for you: leaves, sticks, beds and all, hauled away the same day.
We've handled seasonal cleanups across the South Shore since 1985, and we get your yard put to bed before the snow flies.

Book your fall cleanup early
Fall is our busiest stretch of the year. Leaves on the South Shore come down from mid-October well into November, and the late-dropping oaks often hold on until after Thanksgiving.
Call early to get a spot on our route, and we'll come back for a final pass once the last leaves are down.

Yard Cleanup Services We Offer
Fall Cleanups
A full fall cleanup gets your property ready for winter. We clear leaves and debris from lawns, beds and hardscapes, cut back perennials, edge beds, and leave everything neat. A clean yard in November means a healthier lawn in April.
Leaf Removal
We remove every last leaf: from the lawn, under shrubs, along stone walls, fences and foundations, and off patios and driveways. No bags left at the curb. We haul it all away.
Spring Cleanups
Winter leaves behind matted leaves, broken branches, sand and salt along the road edge, and beds that need attention. Our spring cleanups clear the mess, cut back last year's growth, edge beds and get your yard ready for mulch and the first mow.
Seasonal Landscape Maintenance
Prefer not to think about it at all? We'll put your property on a seasonal schedule: spring cleanup, weekly lawn care, mulching and bed maintenance, then fall cleanup. One local crew, all year.
Storm & Debris Cleanup
Nor'easters and coastal storms bring down limbs and scatter debris across South Shore yards. We clear branches, brush and storm debris and haul it off so you can get back to normal.
One-Time Property Cleanups
Getting a house ready to sell, just moved in, or taking back a yard that's been let go? We handle overgrown beds, years of built-up leaves and brush, and neglected corners.
What's included in a fall cleanup

- Leaf and debris removal from lawn, beds and hard surfaces
- Leaves cleared from under shrubs and along walls, fences and foundations
- Perennials and ornamental grasses cut back
- Shrubs pruned and shaped where needed
- Garden beds edged clean
- Patios, walkways and driveways blown off
- Everything hauled away; nothing left at the curb
Why fall leaf removal matters
Leaves left on the lawn over winter don't just look messy. A wet mat of leaves under snow smothers the grass and invites snow mold and bare patches by spring. Leaves packed into beds and against foundations hold moisture and give pests a place to overwinter. And on our clay-heavy South Shore soils, a soggy layer of leaves only makes drainage worse.
A proper fall cleanup protects the lawn and plantings you've already invested in, and makes spring a lot easier.

Fall cleanups and leaf removal by town

Fall Cleanup in Norwell, MA
Norwell is home base. We know the heavily wooded lots around River Street and the shaded neighborhoods near Norris Reservation, where oak and maple canopies bury lawns every fall. Norwell's clay-heavy soil holds water, so wet leaves left over winter do real damage to turf. Our Norwell fall cleanups clear lawns, beds and wooded edges and haul everything away.
Leaf Removal in Hingham, MA
Hingham properties often come with mature shade trees, long stone walls and established gardens, plus a lot of leaves. Whether you're near Hingham Center or on a wooded lot farther out, we clear leaves from lawns, beds and along walls without damaging the plantings underneath.
Yard Cleanup in Cohasset, MA
Cohasset yards range from wooded inland lots to coastal properties along Jerusalem Road that take wind and salt spray all season. We clear leaves and storm debris, cut back beds and tidy shrubs so your property heads into winter clean and protected.
Fall Cleanup in Duxbury, MA
In Duxbury, many yards mix oak leaves with pine needles on sandy soil. We clear both from lawns and beds, cut back perennials and leave the property neat. If you're closing up a home for the season, we'll get the yard winter-ready before you go.
Leaf Removal in Marshfield, MA
From Green Harbor and Brant Rock to the wooded neighborhoods inland, Marshfield yards see heavy leaf drop and plenty of wind-blown debris after fall storms. Our Marshfield cleanups clear leaves, branches and debris from lawns, beds and driveways and haul it all away.
Yard Cleanup in Scituate, MA
Scituate properties near the harbor, in North Scituate and out toward Minot and Humarock deal with coastal storms, salt air and leaves blown into every corner. We handle fall and spring cleanups, storm debris and leaf removal across town.
We also provide seasonal cleanups in Hanover, Weymouth, Braintree and surrounding South Shore towns. Call to check if we service your area.
Frequently asked questions
When should I schedule my fall cleanup?
As early as you can. Most South Shore leaf drop runs from mid-October through November, and our fall schedule fills quickly. Booking early locks in your spot; we'll time your cleanup so most leaves are down.
How much does a fall cleanup cost?
It depends on the size of your property, how many trees you have and how much needs to be cut back or hauled away. We walk the property and give you a clear quote up front, free of charge.
Do you haul the leaves away?
Yes. We remove and haul away all leaves and debris. Nothing gets left in bags at the curb.
Can't I just mulch the leaves into my lawn?
A light layer of shredded leaves can feed the lawn. But a heavy oak or maple drop, like most wooded South Shore lots get, will smother the grass and cause problems by spring. Those yards need the leaves removed.
Do I need a spring cleanup too?
Most yards benefit from one. Winter brings late-falling leaves, broken branches and road sand. A spring cleanup clears that and gets beds ready for mulch and the growing season.
What towns do you serve for yard fall cleanups?
We service Norwell, Hingham, Cohasset, Duxbury, Marshfield and Scituate, plus Hanover, Weymouth, Braintree and surrounding South Shore towns.
