Frequently Asked Questions
How much does landscaping cost on the South Shore?
It fully depends on the project. A weekly lawn care plan might start around $60–$100 per visit (based on your size lot), while full landscape designs or patio installations can range into the thousands depending on project size and type of materials. We’re happy to stop by and give you a quote based on your specific yard, and what you’re looking to do.
Do you only work in Norwell?
No, we actually work all over the South Shore MA region. That includes Hingham, Hanover, Scituate, Cohasset, Marshfield, Weymouth, Duxbury, and surrounding towns in Plymouth County. If you’re unsure if you’re in our service area, just give us a quick call.
What services do you offer?
We handle everything from lawn installation and maintenance to landscape design, plantings, patios, stone walkways, retaining walls, firepits, outdoor kitchens, and seasonal yard cleanups.
Can you help with both the design and installation?
Yes, we design and install everything ourselves. That way, what we plan on paper is exactly what you see built in your yard. No middlemen, no miscommunication.
What kind of plants grow best around here?
We stick to trees and shrubs that thrive in our coastal soil and weather. That includes hydrangeas, inkberry, holly, bayberry, dogwood, and other native and hardy options that can handle salt air, shady yards, and long winters.
Do you offer weekly lawn mowing?
Absolutely. We provide regular lawn care and maintenance throughout Norwell and nearby towns, as well as mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal fertilizing. A lot of our clients prefer set-it-and-forget-it schedules, which we are happy to accommodate.
Can you install a new lawn from scratch?
Yes. We offer sod installation, hydroseeding, and lawn restoration after construction or grading. We'll take a look at your yard’s sun, slope, and drainage to figure out what grass blend will work best, and start with the right base layers, including loam, as well as providing maintenance and follow up to do aeration, and lawn mowing.
How far in advance should I book a landscape project?
For spring and summer builds, we recommend reaching out a couple of months ahead. Fall is often less busy, but it fills up fast. Cleanups and lawn care are more flexible—we can often start within a week or two.
Do you remove leaves in the fall?
We do. Our fall cleanups include full leaf removal, bed edging, brush hauling, and light pruning to prep your yard for winter. We also offer spring cleanups to clear out winter debris and get things looking good again.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes—we’re fully licensed and insured in the state of Massachusetts. We take safety and quality seriously, and we stand behind all of our work.
